A plants e-commerce platform, built solo across 8 repositories.

01 · Problem
A client needed a full plants marketplace: an Arabic-first storefront, an admin back office, and the infrastructure to run it, with no existing team.
02 · Approach
I architected and built the whole thing: a NestJS + Prisma + PostgreSQL backend, two Flutter apps over a shared package, a React admin panel, an Astro landing site, and a single-VPS Docker deployment provisioned with Ansible. A Swagger/OpenAPI spec generates the typed mobile and web clients.
03 · Impact
The catalog MVP is deployed and end-to-end tested: browse, multi-name search, a smart suggester, and USD to SYP pricing. Cart, checkout, payments, and an AI plant-doctor flow were in development when my engagement ended in June 2026.

Cellusys OTA Platform

Full-stack developer · 2025

A telecom management platform and HSM crypto gateway, built from scratch.

I built the Nuxt 4 frontend and the Spring Boot API together, plus a standalone HSM gateway integrating SoftHSM over PKCS#11. The full platform runs as 14 Docker services behind a 19-job GitLab pipeline.

Shipped 42 REST endpoints, 30+ Vue components, server-side paginated tables, batch CSV import with validation, and a real-time log viewer over two Elasticsearch indices with custom Painless scripts.

I led the Flutter architecture: clean architecture with a BLoC pattern, generic pagination and data-fetching base blocs, type-safe Retrofit/Dio integration, real-time chat with voice messaging over Pusher, and Stripe payments with wallet management.

Delivered 99 screens across 21 feature modules, 127 blocs, and 180+ consumed REST endpoints, with English, Arabic, and Turkish support and full RTL.

As a Flutter developer on the team, I built screens from Figma and wired them to the API with GetX and Retrofit/Dio, working across a feature-modular codebase shared about 80% between the buyer and seller apps.

Shipped and live on Google Play, with real-time socket.io chat and notifications, a 3-step guest checkout, OTP auth, and Google Maps, media, and ads integrations.

As lead Flutter developer and top contributor on a 4-dev team, I built the app on clean architecture with Riverpod, Dio and Retrofit for REST plus a GraphQL CMS layer, auto_route, freezed models, and dev/stage/prod flavors.

Shipped products, cart, Stripe and PayPal checkout, orders and invoices, favorites, reviews, and rewards, with Firebase push, deep links, and four languages (Arabic, German, English, Turkish).

I am a software and systems developer based in Damascus. Over the last several years I have shipped web and mobile products across telecom, e-commerce, cosmetics, and secure communications, usually owning a feature or a whole product from database to UI.

I am comfortable across the stack: NestJS, Spring Boot, and FastAPI on the backend; Nuxt, React, and Astro on the web; Flutter on mobile; and PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, Docker, and Ansible underneath. I have integrated hardware security modules over PKCS#11, hardened TLS in embedded systems, and run age-encrypted backup and restore drills on production VPS boxes.

I started in robotics, coaching students and competing in the World Robot Olympiad, and that systems-thinking, competition mindset still shapes how I build: reliable, well-architected, and tested.
